London 6+ Month Contract inside IR35 Rate Approx £550pd to Umbrella ServiceNow Configuration Manager - Our international client is looking for someone with strong Service Configuration Management experience with the ServiceNow Platform. Looking for someone from a good background as a configuration analyst who has moved in … to the Configuration Manager role. You must have strong technical hands on experience with ServiceNOW including good understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB and DataModel (CSDM), setup, configuration etc. You must be able to identify and troubleshoot when things are wrong, able to update CMDB, deal with escalated tickets … etc . Experience with Horizontal Discovery and understanding of service mapping. This role requires independent thinking, strong communication skills, confident dealing with senior stakeholders as well as rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot and manage issues.
