Fully Remote this is a home-based role. As a MajorIncident Manager, you will lead/manage the end-to-end MajorIncidentManagement process across group. You will require strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities with deep understanding of ITIL practises. You will ensure the delivery of a high-performing MajorIncidentManagement function aligning business needs to IT strategy.
