Morgan Hunt are working with a large public sector client who are looking for a Unit4 ERP Senior Support Analyst to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and optimising their Unit4 (Agresso) platform.The role is a 12 month FTC, with hybrid working in Cardiff city Centre. Responsibilities: Providing 1st and 2nd line support for Unit4 ERP system users across the organisation Troubleshooting functional and technical issues, escalating where appropriate Managing and resolving support tickets efficiently within SLA Working closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to support business processes Participating in system upgrades, testing, and patching activities Maintaining system documentation, user guides, and training materials Supporting configuration, workflows, and … report building (e.g., using Excelerator or Smart Client) Essential skills: Previous experience supporting Unit4 ERP (formerly Agresso), ideally in a multi-functional environment Candidates must be security cleared, or have lived in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible for Security Clearance.
