Translate business processes and requirements into comprehensive and effective test scenarios and scripts. Partner with business teams to define acceptance criteria, manage test execution, and validate outcomes. Oversee defect management , including triage, prioritisation, tracking, and retesting. Produce clear and structured UAT documentation, progress reports, and sign-off materials. Coordinate integrated testing across multiple systems and workstreams. Collaborate with Change Management and Training teams to ensure readiness for deployment. Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and ensure adherence to QA and governance standards.
