Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers that have been on the website and looking to purchase some amazing tech !As an advisor you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers needs, closing the sale, building the customers basket (including services) and walking … them through the full sales journey.The calls will come from customers already reviewing products on the companies Website and providing them with the best customer service journey.There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 08:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift)1 in every 2 weekend … are not exhaustive and not limited to include: Managing inbound calls to the business from clients/customers’ requests.
