Prem and SaaS. Preferred experience with a range of cloud native solutions, e.g. Kubernetes monitoring. Experience and knowledge of Service Now platform, preferably ITSM/ITOM/AIOps including Metrics intelligence. Experience in defining and owning the event management and automation process.
