Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Patient Safety Team as a Patient Safety Systems manager, predominantly to support the organisation's use of the riskmanagement software, RL Datix. The system is used to support a range of clinical governance and patient experience activity, across both Trust's in the group, including the management of complaints, patient advice and liaison, riskmanagement, incidents, and legal claims.
