Negotiatedailywithsuppliersandcustomerstoachieveprofitableoutcomesandmaintainlong-termpartnerships. Lead,mentor,andmotivateasmallteamtodeliverconsistentandmeasurablesalesperformance. ConfidentlyassessproductspecificationsincludingCPUs,models,screentypes,anddemandcyclestoidentifyopportunitiesandoptimisesalesstrategies. Overseethemanagementofenterprise-gradeequipment,includingservers,RAID,SAS,switches,andracks. Analysemarkettrends,adaptstrategiesproactively,andcommunicateperformanceinsightstoseniorleadership. Ensureallsupplierandcustomerengagementscomplywithinternalpoliciesandexternalregulations. OperateinfullcompliancewithWEEE,export,anddata-bearingdeviceregulations,maintainingthehigheststandardsofresponsibilityandgovernance. MainrequirementsforthesuccessfulHeadofSales: BackgroundinIThardwaresales,withaproventrackrecordofdeliveringconsistentresults.
