Description Role purpose Own delivery and governance for cross-control initiatives and coordinate BAU across Control Operations. Ensure no surprises execution, timely escalation, and leadership-ready reporting. Core responsibilities Front door for cross-control initiatives: intake/triage, define scope and plan, coordinate deliverables and dependencies, maintain RAID/trackers … governance cadence, escalate blockers early with facts/options, provide timely status reporting. BAU coordination across the team: resource/capacity planning and cover, budget tracking/forecasting support, coordination and submission of packs/materials/metrics, improve ways of working (templates, reporting, governance hygiene).
