Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design and governance of the ServiceNow platform. Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards. Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps. Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Ensure platform scalability, security … performance. Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams. Essential Skills: Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience.
