Contact Centre Support Engineer - Nice CXOne- Fully Remote Akkodis are currently partnering with a highly reputable client in the Financial Services on an exciting rollout of a new Cloud based Contact Centre Solution (NICE CXOne). The rollout is in it's deployment phase and the team require someone to join their experienced support team to … work closely with users on adoption and ongoing support and configuration. You will join an established team and work with users across the country on a wide range of issues to ensure there is no break in the level of service they are used to providing.
