As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, designing and optimising Salesforce solutions, and implementing Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) to enhance customer service and workforce management.Your role will be instrumental in delivering digital transformation projects, optimising customer service, and ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce applications.
