Service Desk Analyst London (Hybrid) The Opportunity A global financial services organisation is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join their London-based IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, playing a key role in ensuring seamless IT support for business users. The Role As a Service Desk Analyst , you will: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end-users via email, phone, and walk-ups. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage incidents, service requests, and alerts through a ticketing system. Perform software deployments, routine maintenance, and user onboarding/offboarding.
