We are supporting a growing Coventry-based organisation seeking an IT Support Technician to join their expanding IT team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has a passion for technology, and wants to build their skills in a supportive environment.

The Role

• Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application, and connectivity issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous IT improvements

Requirements

• Experience in an IT support or Helpdesk environment
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking basics, and Microsoft Office
• Experience resolving common hardware and basic software issues
