A well-established, high-growth Microsoft Partner is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Principal Consultant to join its expanding ERP practice.
This is a confidential opportunity with a consultancy investing heavily in AI, automation, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in delivering Business Central SaaS solutions while helping clients embrace Copilot, AI capabilities, and intelligent Agents.
The Role
You will lead full lifecycle ERP projects — from discovery and solution design through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients on process improvement, AI readiness, and technology strategy while building long-term partnerships.
This position suits an experienced BC Consultant ready to step into a more senior, influential role with leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations
- Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities
- Configure and tailor BC SaaS solutions aligned to client strategy
- Advise on AI readiness, Copilot, and automation strategies
- Work closely with developers on bespoke extensions and integrations
- Oversee data migration and user adoption
- Deliver stakeholder workshops and executive-level engagement
- Provide post-go-live support and strategic guidance
Required Experience
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Solid finance and core ERP process knowledge
- Confident discussing AI, Copilot, and automation at a strategic level
- Experience working within structured delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft certifications highly desirable
- 2–5+ years’ experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft-focused preferred)
