IT Support Apprentice (3Gi Technology)

You will need to bring energy, curiosity, and reliability - because the team you are joining works hard and expects the same from you.
Based on-site with one of 3Gi’s clients, a high-energy technology recruitment business, that runs at pace and relies on IT to stay sharp. You will be the first line of support for day-to-day technical issues, keeping their team connected and productive.
You will be learning every day, working directly with experienced technicians, and expected to take initiative, stay curious, and think for yourself.
This is a role for someone who wants to be stretched, not just tick a training box.
3Gi have a proven track record of helping our apprentices grow and develop their business and technical skills and have helped mentor and nurture talented individuals to progress from the Service Desk into 2nd / 3rd Line roles, architecture support, development, operational and even project management roles.
Duties and key responsibilities
- Providing 1st-line support to staff onsite - troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Setting up laptops, devices, and user accounts in Microsoft 365
- Assisting with updates, installations, and system rollouts
- Learning how to identify, log, and resolve support tickets properly
- Working closely with 3Gi’s wider engineering team to keep systems running smoothly

- Offer of a full-time position on successful completion of the apprenticeship
