My client, a fast-growing automotive brand, is looking for a Survey Specialist to lead customer survey activities across their expanding portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardware & Desktop Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops (Lenovo/Dell/HP), printers, scanners, and meeting-room tech. Diagnose, repair, and replace hardware while keeping the IT asset inventory up to date.
  • Software & Systems Support: Install and maintain Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications. Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing. Support onboarding/offboarding and deliver user guidance and training.
  • Network & Infrastructure: Assist with basic LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and cabling issues. Liaise with external vendors for escalated network support.
  • Dealer Network Support: Provide IT assistance to dealer locations, supporting retail systems, remote access, and OEM applications. Help roll out dealer-facing tools like DMS, CRM, or diagnostics platforms.
  • Security & Compliance: Follow IT security policies and support GDPR and internal compliance requirements. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and contribute to the IT knowledge base.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in IT or desktop support (enterprise or multi-site experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on skills with PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS (7/10/11) and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers).
  • Awareness of GDPR and information security practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to support users at all technical levels.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
