📌 CRM Manager – Belfast

You’ll be part of a team driving profile enhancement and developing profitable revenue streams through client acquisition and growth programmes.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Business Development , Marketing , and professionals at all levels. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Manager to lead strategic CRM initiatives across multiple offices. This role is pivotal in driving CRM best practices, enhancing data-driven business development, and ensuring seamless integration with key systems.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• 👥 CRM Taskforce Leadership – Lead the CRM Taskforce, collaborate with stakeholders, and act as the firm’s subject matter expert.
• 📊 Data Visualisation & Reporting – Design Power BI reports and collect user feedback to support BD campaigns.
• 🔗 Alumni & Referral Management – Manage database and reporting for Alumni Programme and referral tracking.
• 🎓 CRM Training & Support – Deliver CRM training across European offices and onboard new locations.
• 🤝 BD Support – Use CRM insights for client targeting, cross-selling, and relationship mapping.
• 🔌 Systems Integration & Data Stewardship – Manage InterAction CRM , integrate with platforms like Vuture , Evergreen , and Kentico .
• 🛠 IT Collaboration & Supplier Management – Work with IT teams and external CRM suppliers.
• ✅ Data Quality – Enforce data entry protocols and audits for clean, actionable data.

💡 Experience & Skills

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or Data Science
• 5+ years CRM experience (preferably in legal/professional services)
• Expertise in InterAction CRM (ideally v7)
• Familiarity with marketing campaign platforms (e.g., Vuture)
• Power BI , Excel, and database reporting skills
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Project management and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Bonus: SQL , data science fundamentals, AI project exposure
