We're looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth for a leading telecoms and IT solutions provider. What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business.
  • Prospect and engage with potential customers, generating quality leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecoms, IT, or managed services.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Thrives working from home with a self-starter attitude, motivated, disciplined and confident managing their own time and workload.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of telecoms (broadband, VoIP, mobile).
  • Experience selling IT support or security solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
