Overview
Accomplish Today's client is experiencing sustained growth and are therefore seeking an articulate and commercially driven Sales Consultant to support the expansion of their compliance and onboarding solutions division. This role is ideally suited to an individual who is confident engaging with senior decision-makers, highly motivated by results, and looking to build a long-term career within a trusted and respected organisation.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential opportunities, introducing our market-leading services to prospects, and ensuring businesses understand the value of fully compliant candidate onboarding. You will play a key part in the early stages of our client engagement process, acting as the professional first point of contact for prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through our CRM, historic data sources, external market listings and relevant industry research, alongside generating your own leads.
Business Development Support:
Introduce our compliance vetting and onboarding solutions, articulating the benefits clearly and professionally to a wide range of stakeholders, including HR, procurement, hiring managers, and senior leadership teams.
Qualification & Performance:
Secure a minimum of 15 qualified new-business leads per month. Commission is payable for every qualified lead that progresses to a scheduled solution demonstration.
Professional Communication:
Deliver compelling and structured outreach through telephone prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking and other approved channels, ensuring tone and content reflect the professionalism of our brand.
Pipeline Management & Follow-Up:
Maintain accurate lead records, follow up on inbound enquiries promptly, and re-engage dormant or historic contacts to drive renewed interest and commercial opportunity.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
- Proven experience within a sales, telesales, lead generation, business development, or KPI-driven commercial environment.
- Competent in using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
