Scoping, Quoting & Commercial Alignment

  • Own project scoping, pricing, and proposal development using standardized questionnaires and SOW templates.
  • Ensure legal and commercial readiness (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, payment terms).
  • Align internally on feasibility, capacity, costs, timelines, and risks prior to client commitment.

Client Onboarding & Delivery Readiness

  • Define reporting cadence and maintain clear client visibility throughout delivery.

Operational & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Operations, Production, Engineering, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
  • Set up internal project infrastructure, workflows, and documentation across tools and platforms.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps early and drive resolution.

Billing & Revenue Support

  • Maintain billing trackers with accurate project and financial documentation (quotes, SOWs, invoices, payment timelines).
  • Collaborate with Finance in bi-weekly billing reviews to ensure alignment and timely revenue collection.
  • Support client AP onboarding and follow up on payments in line with agreed terms.

Client Success, Growth & Retention

  • Monitor account health, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client needs and platform capabilities.
  • Support renewals and long-term client partnerships through performance insights and strategic planning.

Process & Enablement

  • Develop and maintain Client Solutions playbooks, workflows, templates, and training materials.
  • Contribute to tooling improvements, automation, and scalable operating models.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new Client Solutions and Project Management team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in media localization, dubbing, or related media services preferably in Account Management capacity.
  • Proven experience working with major studios, platforms, or enterprise content owners.
