The Opportunity:

A global digital transformation and experience consultancy is looking for an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow a portfolio of major Travel & Hospitality clients.

This is a senior, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of client leadership, commercial growth and complex delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders while orchestrating large, multidisciplinary teams across markets.

You’ll own long-term client relationships, shape transformation roadmaps and drive sustainable, multi-million-pound account growth across digital experience, commerce, data and platform modernisation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Client Leadership

  • Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and transformation leaders
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate customer experience transformation, digital platforms and data-led personalisation
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, future-facing transformation roadmaps

Growth & Commercial Ownership

  • Own revenue, forecasting, profitability and long-term growth strategy for your client portfolio
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead complex pursuits, shaping win strategies and executive-level proposals
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen market presence in Travel & Hospitality

Account Strategy & Delivery Partnership

  • Lead account planning and set strategic direction across global delivery teams
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, design, data and engineering leaders to shape high-impact solutions
  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure programmes are successfully mobilised, governed and delivered
  • Anticipate risk, manage escalations and maintain consistently high client satisfaction

About You:

Experience & Sector Expertise

  • 10+ years in senior client leadership roles within digital consultancies, agencies or transformation organisations
  • Strong experience working with travel, aviation, hospitality or leisure brands
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, booking platforms, loyalty, personalisation and omnichannel experiences

Client & Commercial Leadership

  • Proven track record managing multi-million-pound client portfolios
  • Confident operating at executive level and influencing complex client organisations
  • Commercially astute, with experience shaping and negotiating large-scale engagements

Leadership & Mindset

  • Comfortable operating in global, matrixed environments
  • Collaborative, inclusive and able to influence without authority
  • Curious, forward-thinking and passionate about innovation in digital experience and travel technology
