EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST (1 YEAR FTC)
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Experience Strategist at Bernadette, you'll contribute to the development and delivery of digital strategies that create meaningful impact for our clients. Working within a collaborative team environment with product designers, developers, and project managers, you will have the opportunity to use your full range of strategic thinking and doing skills. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to own the strategic direction on projects while working across teams to ensure that vision is executed tactically, finding the right balance between big picture strategic thinking and a tactical mindset to turn those visions into reality. This role would be ideal for an experienced Strategist ready to lead workstreams and grow into a Senior Strategy position; someone who has built a strong foundation in digital product or experience strategy and is ready to develop their skills further in a supportive team
environment.
ABOUT YOU
- You're a strategist with 4+ years relevant experience with a proven track record of autonomous delivery on key work streams in product/experience strategy (with an understanding of brand, marketing and content ecosystems, but not as a comms or brand planner)
- You are innately curious about technology and behavioural trends and exploring how these can be considered or applied in client strategy
- You’re naturally analytical, comfortable working with multiple information sources and carrying out desk or primary research to identify insights
- You are able to distil insights into strategies or recommendations and play a role in prioritising these into roadmaps or backlogs with the wider team
- You are collaborative, comfortable working with and building rapport with diverse stakeholders and taking feedback
- You’re keen to play a role and have a voice across the project lifecycle from research, strategy, and ideation, into design, roadmapping, and build
- You're comfortable presenting your ideas to senior internal and client teams
