About the Role:
As a Radio Communications Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our communication systems are always operational, secure, and ready for action. You will:
- Plan, implement and deliver key projects aligned with the Operational Communications Strategy.
- Provide technical expertise on voice communication systems, including the current Airwave TETRA system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to communication devices in vehicles and fixed locations.
- Engage with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence and best practises.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in installing, integrating and maintaining communication systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
