Description:
An industry-leading reinsurance broker is seeking an experienced Insurance Broking Change Analyst to drive the successful adoption of a recently implemented Document Management System (DMS).
This is a specialist contract role requiring proven experience within London Market broking environments. The DMS (M-Files, cloud-based and metadata-driven) has been implemented from a technology perspective, however the business has yet to complete data migration and user adoption remains a challenge due to required changes in working practices.
The Role
You will be responsible for understanding current business processes, designing future-state ways of working, and ensuring brokers and operational users fully adopt the new DMS.
Key responsibilities:
- Documenting current (“as-is”) broking, document management, and policy administration processes
- Designing and embedding future-state (“to-be”) processes aligned to the DMS
- Leading change management and adoption activities across the business
- Running workshops and one-to-one sessions with brokers and DMS users to address concerns and resistance
- Creating and delivering a clear adoption strategy to drive consistent usage
- Supporting the business through data migration readiness from a process and change perspective
- Managing complex document management and policy administration scenarios
Required Experience:
- Strong experience as a Business Change Analyst / Business Analyst within London Market insurance or reinsurance broking
- Proven change management experience, particularly around process and behavioural change
- Hands-on experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Experience with M-Files is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of broking workflows, policy administration, and document lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with brokers
- Ability to influence and drive adoption in resistant user groups
