Salary: Up to £30K

Connect Group Recruitment is partnered with a growing AV company who are looking to add a Admin Assistant to their ranks due to the growth of the company and plans to expand more going into 2026. This position is ideal for candidates who possess at least two years of admin-related experience.
Skills
- Be comfortable in a fast paced environment with strong phone communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail.
- 2+ years of experience in an admin related role.
- Familiarity with Sage and Salesforce is a plus.
- AV industry experience preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer service inbox and telephone line, ensuring prompt, professional resolution of all queries and concerns.
- Oversee the full order cycle, including daily status checks and running reports to confirm accurate shipping and dispatch.
- Process and maintain accurate records for all orders.
- Proactively manage customer backorders using internal reporting, providing timely updates and estimated time of arrivals to all relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and transactional information within CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Sage).
