Overview

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology organisation is undertaking a significant finance transformation to support global scale up. As part of this journey the business is implementing OneStream as its core platform for financial consolidation reporting and planning.

This role will take end to end ownership of the OneStream programme leading delivery stakeholder engagement and adoption across the organisation. It is a high impact opportunity suited to an experienced OneStream Programme Manager or equivalent with a track record of delivering similar initiatives in fast paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the OneStream programme from implementation through optimisation owning scope timeline risks and outcomes.
• Act as the senior point of accountability for OneStream delivery across the organisation.
• Partner with senior finance leaders and executive stakeholders translating OneStream capability into clear business value.
• Drive adoption standardisation and change across global finance teams.
• Provide hands on oversight of OneStream configuration governance and data integration.
• Ensure robust integration with ERP systems and downstream reporting tools.
• Coordinate internal teams and external OneStream implementation partners challenging delivery where required.
• Support knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability of the solution.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading OneStream programmes or complex OneStream implementations.
• Strong hands on understanding of OneStream configuration governance and data integration.
• Experience working in fast growth technology, PE backed environments or similar
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong change management capability across multi entity finance teams.
• Solid understanding of group finance operations consolidation and reporting.
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP and reporting platforms.
