 Location: Central London – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

 Type: Permanent, Full-time

 Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We are partnered with a leading UK and global organisation offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced  Business Analyst. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work across a wide portfolio of IT, digital, business change and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will join a strong and collaborative BA function, working closely with Product Specialists, PMO, technical teams, and a forward-thinking IT & Change leadership team.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll support a diverse mix of change initiatives, including:

• Systems and application change projects
• Mobile app enhancements
• Data and process improvement programmes
• Information security and risk-related change
• Operational efficiency and business optimisation activities

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering solutions that genuinely improve internal customer and end-user experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in Business Analysts with experience across both Agile and Waterfall environments, ideally covering:

• Requirements gathering for as-is and to-be states
• GAP analysis across systems, processes, and data
• Evaluating solution options against business needs
• Working closely with PMO, Release, and Product teams
• Facilitating workshops with stakeholders and user groups
• Producing wireframes, mock-ups, DILOs, use cases, and supporting documentation

Your ability to understand business operations and translate needs into clear, actionable change will be key to success in this role.
