IT Support Specialist (Mac & Windows)

Are you a skilled IT Support Specialist with a passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for an experienced, proactive professional to join our growing London-based team, supporting both Mac and Windows environments across a diverse client base.

About the Role

You’ll be providing first- and second-line technical support to end users across a range of industries, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role will involve troubleshooting, system administration, and maintaining both on-site and remote infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for Mac and Windows operating systems, desktops, and laptops
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
  • Support and maintain network devices, printers, and mobile devices
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Manage ticket queues and escalate issues when required
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding, patch management, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and documentation
About You
  • 2+ years’ experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or similar multi-client support environment
  • Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows 10/11, and core business applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical, customer-focused approach
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a fast-moving, collaborative team
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple) are a plus
