2nd Line Support Engineer required to join a leading business based In Salford. They are looking for someone who is competent in the Microsoft stack and who is happy to collaborate in a hybrid model (3 days a week onsite, 2 from home). Key skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd line technical support for Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory etc)
• Set up and configure new users
• Troubleshoot escalated tickets efficiently and accurately via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support processes and resolutions.
