You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage and inspire students, helping them develop their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.Your role will involve creating an interactive and innovative learning environment, ensuring that students gain the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the digital world. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of the Computing curriculum and work collaboratively with other staff to drive the success of the department.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in Computing.- Develop and implement a curriculum that reflects the latest developments in technology and computing education.- Use a range of teaching methods and strategies to support students' individual learning needs.- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help students improve.- Foster a love of computing by encouraging creativity, innovation, and critical thinking in students.- Participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and extra-curricular activities as required.- Ensure that all students have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.- Support the wider school community in developing students' digital skills and understanding of online safety.About You:- We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who has a passion for teaching Computing and is dedicated to helping students succeed.
