Contract Role – PM/Project Manager (Data-Focused) (Banking) – Manchester/Northampton/Glasgow/Hybrid – 12 months initial – Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced PM/Project Manager (Data-Focused) (Banking) with a strong data focus to deliver banking projects involving data platforms, reporting, and analytics. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed in a regulated banking environment.
Role Overview:
- Job Title: PM/Project Manager (Data-Focused) (Banking)
- Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week (Manchester / Northampton / Glasgow), preferred location: Manchester
- Contract Type: Contract
- Duration: 12 months initial
- Rate: £480 per day (Inside IR35)

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within banking or financial services
- Strong experience delivering data-focused projects (data platforms, migration, reporting, analytics, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning, risk management, and delivery governance experience
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Experience delivering projects under Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or regulatory reporting
Location & Working Pattern
- Hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite per week in Manchester, Northampton or Glasgow, preferred location: Manchester
