Project Coordinator / Junior PMO (FTE)

Hiring: Project Coordinator / Junior PMO (FTE) – London | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Junior PMO with exceptional presentation skills and a strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

This is a Full-Time Employee (FTE) role based in London, requiring 3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and information.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and project reports.
  • Support PMO/Project Managers with tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, maintain MoMs, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage project trackers, documentation, and governance artifacts.
  • Ensure smooth communication across project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior PMO, or similar role.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (must-have).
  • Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and follow-up.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Good to Have

  • Experience in global or matrixed environments.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.
