Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in our Harlow office.
You will be the engine of our sales team, responsible for proactively hunting new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be high-volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking quality meetings for our senior sales colleagues.
This is a fast-paced environment where resilience and high activity are essential. You will build strong relationships with potential clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive new business growth across Hertfordshire, Essex, and Kent.
Compensation & Earnings
- Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Dependent on experience).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £37,000 – £42,000+ in Year One.
- Commission: Completely uncapped structure—we reward high performance without limits.
- Experience: Proven background in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Telemarketing.
- Skillset: Strong understanding of Sales and Business Development principles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be confident building rapport and gathering intelligence over the phone.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to engage decision-makers and maintain professional relationships.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and ambitious. We are looking for individuals who want to progress their careers.
- Bonus: Previous experience in the Telecoms or Technology industry is an advantage, but not essential.
