SDR / Business Development Executive - London, £30,000 Basic Salary | £42,000 OTE in Year One. Rising to £40,000 Basic after 12 months upon meeting targets. What is Needed to Apply to the Role of SDR

  • You will either be a graduate or have been in sales for a year or two.
  • You will be extremely resilient, tenacious, and ambitious, with excellent communication skills, and willing to make 60-80 cold calls per day.
  • We are looking for someone who is driven to achieve success and exceed targets.
  • Your ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation is crucial. You'll be challenged to push yourself out of your comfort zone, but the rewards are significant.

The Role of Trainee Business Development Executive/Sales Development Representative

This is a challenging, busy sales role focused on generating new business. Your day will involve high-volume cold calling and conducting 30-minute online demos. You must be a confident and forthright character who is passionate, inquisitive, and creative. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder who is organised, ambitious, and quick to pick up new IT systems and tools. Please do not apply unless you are willing to make cold calls

In Return, as a Business Development Executive / SDR, You Will Receive

  • £30,000 basic salary, rising to £40,000 after meeting key sales performance measures in your first 12 months.
  • Realistic on-target earnings of £42,000 in your first year.
