The Role

You’ll work with the business owner and work hands-on across client projects, using no-code tools like Knack, (url removed) and DocuPilot to turn messy, manual workflows into streamlined systems that actually work.

This role suits someone who understands how businesses really run — not just the tech.

What You’ll Do

• Build, improve and support client solutions using no-code tools
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable systems
• Automate workflows where standard platforms don’t fit
• Work closely with the business owner on client delivery
• Act as a calm, professional point of contact for clients
• Proactively spot ways to improve processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ work experience, with a solid grasp of business processes
• Confidence and curiosity around no-code / automation tools
• A client-first, solutions-focused mindset
• Knowledge of Knack, (url removed) \ DocuPilot
• Strong communication skills — you can explain tech without the jargon
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

The Facts

• Remote role (8.00–4.30, with flexibility)
• Occasional meetings in Beaconsfield or London
• Salary up to £30,000, depending on experience
