Retail Systems Support – Temp to Perm Plymouth | Full-time8:45am - 5:30pmPertemps Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a respected retailer, based at their Head Office in Plymouth.This is a temp-to-perm role offering hands-on experience with real responsibility and a clear path into a permanent position. You’ll support the systems that keep stores running smoothly, working with teams across the business to solve problems and deliver results.Key Responsibilities

• Set up POS systems for new stores and refits
• Support store projects and system updates
• Ensure hardware is delivered on time and ready to use
• Provide cover during busy periods and holidays
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Person Specification

• Previous retail experience and an interest in Computers
• Organised and reliable
• Confident managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Practical problem solver with attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and able to work independently
