Location: Slinfold, Sussex (can be part remote / home based)

Base Salary c. £25,500 (negotiable on experience), Additional OTE of up to £1000 per month.

The Role

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, primarily through phone and email. Your main goal is to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, and then setting up appointments for our Sales Managers to conduct demonstrations. While your primary work will be remote, there will also be opportunities to attend in-person events to build relationships and generate leads.

We're looking for someone who is tenacious, resilient, and comfortable with technology. Previous B2B commercial / sales experience is ideally required; it would be desirable though not essential if you had sold a software / IT solution or a Care product / solution before. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

  • Competitive Salary & Uncapped Commission: Your salary is competitive, and you can earn upwards of £1,000 per month in uncapped commission.

  • Hours: This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with flexible options between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Contact and qualify potential customers.
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Track progress toward sales goals and provide regular reports to management.
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows as needed.
