We're hiring a Junior Account Manager to join our Mid‐Market Sales team, focusing on organisations up to 2,000 seats. This is a new‐business‐led role where you'll win new clients, nurture relationships and support their growth by introducing Bytes' full portfolio of IT services.

What you'll do
- Win new business - identify and engage mid‐market prospects through outbound activity, networking and research.
- Develop client relationships - build trust and deliver a first‐class customer experience from first contact onwards.
- Position solutions - work with technical specialists to articulate the value of Bytes' services in a clear and engaging way.
- Manage the sales process - from discovery and qualification through to negotiation and close.
- Maintain pipeline discipline - use CRM tools to forecast accurately and manage activity effectively.
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years' experience in new‐business or new‐logo sales (e.g. estate agency, recruitment, automotive, or similar).
- Proven ability to prospect, handle objections and close deals.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Highly self‐motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a target‐driven environment.
- Eager to learn about technology and develop new skills - full training provided.
- Based within commuting distance of Leatherhead.
