Due to continued growth and demand for Microsoft cloud projects, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Project Management to lead and evolve their PMO function.

The Head of Project Management Opportunity

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing PMO team, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for Microsoft cloud projects (Microsoft 365 and Azure) from post-sales through delivery and transition
  • Develop and implement scalable project delivery methodologies, ensuring consistency, quality, and agility across engagements
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage commercial governance, resource planning, and project performance tracking, including KPIs and financial reporting

Your Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a PMO leader within an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Hands-on expertise in delivering Microsoft cloud projects (Microsoft 365 and Azure)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing scope changes
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile/Scrum
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including influencing at C-level
