Project Manager (Sage Intacct)
The Project manager will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Sage and/or Sage Intacct, a strong understanding of financial processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a proactive approach to system improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimise Sage Intacct ERP to meet the specific financial needs and requirements of the organisation.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and integrate them seamlessly into Sage Intacct
- Ensure that Sage Intacct aligns with best practices for financial management and compliance.
- Conduct UAT sessions to educate finance and accounting teams on Sage Intacct functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues related to the system.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure the integration of Sage Intacct with other business systems.
- Work closely with finance teams to understand their evolving needs and proactively address system-related challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sage or Sage Intacct with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in system upgrades and maintenance is a plus.
