SALARY - £50,000 - £70,000 + Commission

Chapman Tate Associates is proud to be working on behalf of a leading ERP Consultancy that specializes in delivering Epicor ERP solutions to the manufacturing sector. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Account Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role

As an ERP Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing existing client relationships and developing new opportunities within the manufacturing industry. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored Epicor solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of manufacturing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Consult with clients to understand their ERP requirements and propose Epicor solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

About You

• Proven experience in ERP sales , ideally with Epicor or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector and its operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate at senior levels.
