NetSuite Product Owner

NetSuite Product Owner

UK Remote

£60,000 – £85,000 per annum

About the Role

We’re delighted to be supporting one of our oldest and most trusted customers in their search for a NetSuite Product Owner — a true NetSuite expert who can own, shape and elevate the platform across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Guru with deep experience across Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, solving complex challenges, and using your initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love problem-solving, and enjoy being the go-to expert for all things NetSuite, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner and strategic driver of the NetSuite platform.
  • Lead enhancements, optimisation initiatives and roadmap planning.
  • Work end-to-end across Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes to streamline workflows and maximise platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, commercial and technical teams.
  • Anticipate issues proactively, using insight, initiative and technical expertise to prevent problems before they arise.
  • Drive continuous improvement through configuration, automation and best-practice process design.
  • Oversee system performance, integrations, user adoption and overall data integrity.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience (administration, configuration, optimisation).
  • Proven expertise across Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash workflows.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives on troubleshooting and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Someone who can take ownership, drive outcomes and operate autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with integrations, workflows, saved searches and automation tools (SuiteFlow, SuiteScript exposure a bonus).

Why Apply?

  • Work remotely from anywhere in the UK.
  • Join a long-standing, respected organisation with strong investment in technology.
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 – £85,000 depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to shape a business-critical platform and deliver real impact.
