- Own product operations: backlog management, release readiness, documentation, and process optimisation.
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more squads: run ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and track progress.
- Coordinate small cross-team projects and internal delivery initiatives.
- Improve workflows, tooling, and ways of working as the company scales.
- A fast, structured thinker who can bring order to a fast-changing environment.
- Hands-on problem solver with strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in agile/scrum, delivery management, or product operations.
- Comfortable in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in Manchester office).
- Energy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
