This is a *Manchester* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *managing end-to-end hiring across EMEA, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract top talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience*.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their recruitment team in Manchester. You'll manage end-to-end hiring across EMEA, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to attract top talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and find the right talent.

• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.

• Ensure a smooth process for candidates and stakeholders.

• Support hiring efficiency and recruitment projects across regions.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of international recruitment experience.

• Strong understanding of global job markets and sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Results-driven, adaptable, and hands-on.

• Fluent in English, with proven ability to engage and close candidates.
