What You'll Be Doing As a Delivery Ops Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the first class delivery of CreateFuture’s projects and programs for our clients by ensuring consistent application of project governance, tools, reporting, and best practices. This role acts as a bridge between the delivery teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic goals, tracked accurately, and delivered efficiently. This role is a junior to mid entry point and offers a strong foundation for a career in Digital Project Operations and Delivery. With experience the right candidate will have the opportunity to progress into more senior roles such as Operational Delivery Assurance and Project Management. Key Skills
- Experience of working in a project support role
- Understanding of project management principles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMI frameworks).
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, Excel).
- Solid grasp of project financials, resource planning, risk management methods and techniques to monitor project health.
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in reporting or data analysis (e.g., dashboards, pivot tables)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and prioritising competing demands.
