Data Governance Manager

Job Title: Senior Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with 6–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data governance, project management, and stakeholder management, with the ability to analyze business requirements and drive initiatives to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data governance processes, including data lineage and data cataloguing (experience with Collibra preferred).
  • Conduct business analysis independently, define project scope, and produce closure artifacts.
  • Lead projects with strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Attend governance forums, prepare accurate and timely minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate actively with data, technology, and reporting teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Interpret policies and procedures, translating complex requirements into actionable and compliant steps.
  • Develop and maintain Visio charts and other process documentation to support governance and reporting frameworks
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate forums to build consensus across multiple departments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks under Federal Reserve [FR], Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council [FFIEC], such as FRY-9C, FFIEC 031/101/102, and FRY-14Q is a plus.
