- Lead end-to-end project management across the full lifecycle—from initiation through to closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third parties to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, using appropriate tools and metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and stakeholder accessibility.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors, providing status updates, escalations, and strategic guidance.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management capabilities within the organisation.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record in delivering medium-to-large scale projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and working with executive leadership.
- Strong budget, resource, and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus.
