Panel Manager

About the job

Company Description

Digital i was born from a desire to automate TV ratings provision and create imaginative solutions and reports that analyse all sides of the media landscape.

In recent years the company has evolved from a leading UK provider of overnights, regular reports, and ad-hoc consultancy services to a global technology company with an international data visualisation software and an award-winning SVOD audience measurement system.

In the past five years, our client list has grown rapidly to include global streaming companies, European broadcasters, and large production houses. Our SVOD audience data has been featured in The Guardian, El País, Bloomberg, BBC News and The Financial Times. Our SVOD analytics tool has won two MRG awards and a Mediatel Media Research award.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks to panel health, quota delivery, or technical compliance, and proactively source and implement effective solutions
  • Internal Reporting: Own all internal sample reporting, providing accurate, timely, and concise updates on panel numbers, quotas achieved, and operational status.
  • Senior Management Updates: Prepare and present regular reports to senior business management, ensuring they are fully informed of key performance indicators (KPIs), major risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously track key panel metrics (e.g., churn rate, engagement, demographic fill rates) to drive data-informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in market research, panel management, vendor management, or a related operational role, ideally within a global context.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements related to application downloads, installation, and usage to both internal and external stakeholders.
