Client Success Manager
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to support the launch and growth of a new software product. As the first Client Success Manager, you will play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring they realise value quickly, and building strong foundations for long-term retention. You will act as the main point of contact for customers during the critical early phase of their journey, combining technical understanding, relationship management, and commercial insight. Client Success Management is essential for this role.
Location: Nottingham City CentreSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)Working Pattern: Hybrid (after training, up to 4 days per week working from home)Benefits:

Overview of the Role
Working closely with senior leadership and product teams, you will guide customers through the onboarding and setup of the platform. This includes gathering requirements, coordinating technical setup, training clients, reviewing early data, and supporting customers through their first 30 days.
You will also contribute to product development by sharing customer insights, improving onboarding processes, and helping shape future training materials. The role requires confidence handling customer queries, including sensitive or challenging conversations, and a hands-on approach within a growing product environment.

- Experience in a software Client Success or Customer Success role
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain software products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand client business needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
- Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to contribute in a growing team
Desirable experience:
- Experience working with early-stage or newly launched products
- Background in SaaS, digital platforms, or telecoms-related solutions
